Although the issue of the sufficiency of the information was not raised before the trial court, the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, reversed the conviction because the information failed to allege that defendant acted "knowingly." This Court granted transfer. Mo. Const. art. V, Â§ 10. The judgment is affirmed.
